Granting sue power to kids, a bone or a bane?

I laughed immediately after I read the second topic of HLs weekly contest. I promptly got up from my bed wnd went to my mom. Sitting along with her, I said in a serious tone,

“Mama, I remember how you used to admonish me, beat me with sticks(ruler to be exact) and might hands and threaten me of horrifying natural events and bad spirits whenever you wanted me to restrain from something”

She said, “ So what”

I replied,” Get ready , I will sue you for human rights exploitation of me, I will expose your brutalities to others and you will have to be accountable for every kind of physical violence I faced from you including that hit from flying chappal which I received from you when I broke your glass”

“Ahan, so you will sue me, wait for a second” she said and then suddenly she picked up her lethal weapon again i.e magical flying chappal and said add one more atrocity in the charge list as well.

And we both chuckled.

I don’t know about every parents. I have seem mine and if they love me surely every parent loves his kids more than themselves. There is a long list of sacrifices they have made for me. There might be time when they would have to cut their needs to fulfill my wishes. There might be surely a time when they would have compromised on their personality to groom mine. They would have faced hardships while pampering me like a prince and even still they do.

Parents are like a home. A shelter, a comfort, a security, a protection and love perhaps. They only produce us. They love us more than they love themselves. They take care of our needs. They try their best to extract a best version of us. They keep us away from every negativity and evil. They themselves face everything that can be dangerous. They love us more than anyone can.In return what do they want? They have lead their life. They do not want your money. They have already spent much upon you. What they want is only love and respect.

In my life I have seen many such cases when a disobedient kid brought much harm to his parents. There are examples when the kid not only drags them in court but also derogates them with his hot words and allegations.I can cite plenty of such examples because when a kid matures, he considers himself intellectual and mindful only and this wrong perception brings him to disobedience and disrespect.

I will be a most worst version of a child if I ever sued my parents . Even if they did what was not in favour of me still I do not keep right to rebuke them. A world will cripple into moral chaos if such legislation is done . Many kids will be used by some evil forces in behind who wants to see destruction of their family. A social system will dilapidate and there will be no sympathy and compassion. Love and respect will completely fade away. And a most destructed version of society will emerge out.

But there is something as well. When I was about to complete my blog, a recent news popped out in my mind all of sudden. In UK, a single father killed her minor daughter who was hardly 8 years old. Her corpse was found bruised with injuries and postmortem report showed that death was caused due to forceful striking of stick. But why did he do this. Her father confessed weepingly that he did this because she used to remain dirty. I was unable to keep her clean all the time and this infuriated me. This news jolted my mind that time and I am still in shock and answerless as well.

I ask you guys now what was it and how it can be prevented.
