Hello everyone it's yet another week to edify our spirit and soul through spirit-lifting melodies from around the world.
I wouldn't fail to appreciate @Lordbutterfly for the effort put into this. I would also express my thanks to @verbal-d for always leaving a heartwarming and soothing comments, this really encourages me to do more. I must say that I'm humbled at your kind gesture.

I am @Udygold and I'll be doing a Cover of the song "The Old Rugged cross".
It's one of my favourite hymns that is often sung in my church especially during the Easter period. It reminds us of the costly sacrifice of Our Lord on the cross.
It reminds us as Christians to cherish the gift of Jesus and to ensure that the purpose of his death and crucifixion is not swept under the carpet.

It is worthy of note that the cross might be old but its significance is everlasting and eternal.

Jesus is the Ultimate and I hope this song brings you beautiful and soul-lifting memories.
