Finally ! Starboy, Wizkid blesses his fans with his 6th studio album titled "Morayo" . Grammy Award-winning artist Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, released his sixth studio album, Morayo, on Friday, November 22, through Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records.

The 16-track album, whose title translates to “I see joy” in Yoruba, is a heartfelt tribute to his late mother, Juliana Morayo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023.

Announcing the project earlier this year, Wizkid declared, “Best album I ever made!!

The album features different artistes who delivered on this lovely music album . The music arts include Brent Faiyaz , Tiakola , Asake , Anais Cardot and Jazmine Sullivan..

The 16 tracks include Troubled mind , Karamo , (Kese) dance , Bad girl ft Asake , Time , Piece of my heart ft Brent Faiyaz, Break me down , Bend , A million blessings , Apres Minuit ft Tiakola , Bad for you ft Jazmine Sullivan, Soji , Don't care , Slow ft Anais Cardot, Lose and Pray.

I've listened to all the tracks and personally I feel it a whole lot . To me it sounds like a sequel to his 4th studio album, " Made in Lagos" .

When "Made in Lagos" was first released, many people viewed it as average, but over time, there was a growing consensus that it has become one of the best Afrobeat albums ever.

Wizkid described Morayo as “not your typical Afrobeats album.” Instead, it’s a fusion of sounds, pushing boundaries while staying true to his roots.

From soulful ballads to high-energy hits, this is Big Wiz in his most versatile form I must say.
