You Win Some , You Lose Some .

Happy weekend Actifit Family! It's indeed another beautiful Saturday morning to play some good football. Playing soccer is a way I try to exercise my body and keep fit . I do this steadfastly as it is now a normal routine for me .

The football field is not far from my house so it's usually a 5-10 minutes drive . Once I get to the pitch I jog round it for some minutes to get my body ready and activated for the incoming intense football actions.

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is always free and fair as everyone gets a team to play for .

Today I happened to be selected in team E . My team unfortunately didn't have an headway today . We drew twice and lost once which was nothing to write home about . That is football though , you win some , you lose some . Hopefully by next week I'll find myself in the winning team . Till then I'll remain staying active !!
