Active And Fit
Happy weekend Actifit Family, hope everyone is trying to keep fit in one way or the other ? Staying fit and active helps in maintaining good health.
For me I keep fit by doing my regular physical fitness exercises which includes lifting of dumbbells, push-ups and sit-ups. I also play football every Saturday mornings .
Talking about Saturday mornings football, it has more or less become a habit I've cultivated over the years . I find it interesting playing with the guys and today wasn't going to be an exception.
We usually do play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system . This happens to be free and fair as everyone gets a team to play for.
Today I happened to be in team B with pretty nice decent players . We lost once, drew once and won twice . In one of the wins I was opportuned to grab a goal for my team. Overall it was a nice time out today.
Next week promises to be another day of good football. I'll be looking forward to it , thanks for stopping by . Keep on staying active and fit.
