Why Proper Night Watching And Strictly Day And Night Monitoring Is Very Important When Raising Broiler Birds

In one of my recent post, I talked about the needful precautions one have to take when raising broiler birds as I just brought in 50 pieces of them some days ago. I talked about how lucrative the business can be if proper measures are taken. Though raising of broiler birds is so stressful as you have to keep their pen or cage neat and clean from time to time to prevent them from being infected with any kind of diseases as they prone to diseases especially when they are in a dirty environment. Broiler birds can only strive in a well conducive environment and it is your job as a farmer or entrepreneurs to do that to have any chance of making great profits during their harvest.

Why is it important to always have a night watch?

Sometimes, our negligence attitude when raising broiler birds can cost us a great loss when we fail to do the needful either by not monitoring them time to time or watch them day and night.

How Important Is Proper Monitoring And Day And Night Watching When Raising Broiler Birds?

Apart of providing the birds with the best conducive environment, proper feeding, drinkable and healthy water, drugs and vaccination, and a good power supply, you still have more job to do by monitoring them time to time to know how they are fairing, whether they still need more materials such as feed and water.

And lastly, it is very important to always watch their drinker especially in the night to know the level of the water remain in their drinker. By doing this, you will be able to calculate whether you still have to supply more water to them before going to sleep. It is very important to always supply the birds with excess water because the rate at which they drink water increase as they grow and it sometimes depends on the weather as well, though they need it for fast digestion. They important of proper monitoring, day and night watch can not be written off as it always save one from losing.
