How I Have Been Disposing My Bird's Litter With Ease || Benefits Of Being A Poultry Farmer And A Gardener
Hi Everyone,
It is another beautiful day and it's with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. I will like to share with how I have been disposing my bird litters with ease.
When it comes to raising broilers bird, it is a business that has to do with so much stress especially when it comes to do with keeping your their pen or coop clean all the time. Poultry farm business is a lucrative one even despite the fact that it deals with so much stress, however no business is easier and every business has its own risk factors.
Aside from keeping the broilersbird pen or coop clean such as packing their litters and replacing it with new one. Disposing their litters can be really challenging especially when your birds pen or coop is in a residential area like my own. Though there are some places which this litters can easily be sold since it serves as fertilizer purpose because the broilersbird feces is very rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium which is needed to keep the soil fertile.
Unlike my area here where people don't really value the bird's litter due to low practice of agriculture. Moving my birds litters can also be costly as I have pay a truck to put it away. I see this as wasting of organic manure, and instead of dumping it off, I have find an easy way to get rid of it and on the other side it's really helping me.
Since I am a small scale farmer, gardner, and also being a poultry farmer has really been helping me to keep my farm product in good shape and this also make disposing of my broilersbird litter easier for me as I don't need to travel a mile away before I can dispose it.
There is a particular space in which my landlord have me recently to widening my agriculture activities and after some weeks of planting maize on this particular piece of land, I realized that the soil nutrients of the land is not that rich any more, so instead of me dumping away my broilersbird litter, I make sure to utilize this advantage by disposing the litters on this piece of land for the soil to restore back it's nutrients and this has make things easier for me since I have to do everything in my compound.
Disposing the broilersbird litter can be challenging like I said earlier that if your birds pen or coop is a residential area like me, unless you have a truck which you can easily used to move it. Being a poultry farmer and gardener has really make things easier for me as I don't need to buy fertilizer to boost the soil fertility of my farm since broilersbird litter also serves the same purpose and disposing the litters is easier since my farm and my pen are both in the same compound.

Thanks so much @luchyl
I wish I was close to you, would have gladly packed all the bird litters for my small garden. It has really lost all its nutrients, no more good yields.
