PHOTOGRAPHY OF OMMATIUS INSECTS OR FOREST FLY
Good night and best wishes to all of you, so tonight I want to share, namely a picture that is usually called in my blood big flies or forest flies.
Before proceeding to the discussion, it would be nice to greet all of you because basically I'm just starting my first post after I haven't posted in a long time, aka I lost the password for this account. And in the end I found this account again after I found the old hard drive. It turned out that this account file was stored on the hard drive before I was tired of looking for it but whatever happened I managed to find it again.
Alright, how are you all lovers of the fascinating insect community, I hope we are always given good health and live a peaceful life.
Back to the discussion of forest fly photography that I took this afternoon. In my area, people often call it forest flies or big flies, these flies are very large compared to the size of flies that we often see at home and their body shape is also very different, for some reason people in my area call them flies even though if we look at them the picture of this fly is very much different from ordinary flies.
Here are some pictures of these flies.
After I searched on wikipedia , the scientific name is ommatius which comes from kingdom animalia. The body shape of this fly is scaly, has a pair of eyeballs that stretch out, has 6 legs, and has a pair of long wings. Based on my opinion, according to these characteristics, these flies are very much different from flies at home.
All right, friends, that's all I can convey in this post, I hope this is useful for all of you and thank you and see you next time.
