Melons are good for health
Hello, I want to discuss a little about the benefits of melons so that you know how good and how beneficial melons are.Melon (Cucumis melo .) is the name of the fruit and the plant that produces it which belongs to the pumpkin family or Cucurbitaceae. The fruit can be eaten fresh as table fruit or In slices as a mixture of fruit ice. The part eaten is the fruit flesh (mesocarp). The texture is soft, white, yellow to red, depending on the cultivar.
Melons contain fiber and nutrients that are believed to improve digestive health. Another benefit of melon is that it can help eye health.
Melons are very beneficial for health and digestion, because melons are rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, iron, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin K and magn. Melons are believed to improve blood flow around the heart organ. The adenosine content in melons can significantly prevent heart disease.Regularly consuming melons can improve blood circulation and improve heart functio
The melon garden that I went to is not very large, this is my relative's garden. He takes care of the melon plants every day from morning until late afternoon, from when they are small until the melons.

Another benefit of melon is that it can help eye health. The reason is, melon contains two strong antioxidants, namely lutein and zeaxanthin. The carotenoid compounds in melon are known to support eye health and prevent the development of age-related vision loss.
These are the benefits of melons for our bodies and there are many other benefits, apart from consuming them Melons are not difficult to slice or eat, but you should remove the seeds before eating them. You can eat this melon in various ways, namely eating it straight after peeling it and Enjoy as a smoothie, soup, or added to other foods.
