With the way today's fiat currency is loosing value, through inflation, the World may have to return, to the old Precious Metal backed system. If this occurs many Citizens and Subjects will be shocked, at how hard it will be to acquire it. Even base metals, such as Copper and Nickel, may have life sustaining purchasing power, thus, hard to find. I view a US Silver Dime's value, as equal, to the value of a nutritious loaf, of wheat bread, or, a half-loaf of, Dave's Killer Bread:
