Do I or do I not have the power to make a change? - WEEK 154

Do I or do I not have the power to make a change?

Everyone thinks about how to change the world, but no one thinks about how to change themselves.- Lev Tolstoy

Another weekend where I have the pleasure of writing a few lines and answering the question of whether I would want to live elsewhere.

If I were to analyze this part of the world where I live, where I go to work, where my friends and family are, to find that maybe after all this time it no longer satisfies my desire to live freely.

So I should take a stand on this fact, even if my decision probably won't please everyone, many will be disturbed, astonished, because I have noticed that many people around me have locked themselves in a bubble they don't want to get out of, they are afraid to get out of their comfort zone, they are like robots doing the same thing 7 days a week.

I can't be like them, to stay at the same level, with many of them I have discussed and asked them why they don't make a decision to change something in their life including the idea of living somewhere else, maybe making this change will lead to the improvement of their mental state even financially.

I decided to think differently, I gave up my comfort zone, that is living in an urban environment, having everything at my feet, being close to everything, transportation, bank, school, hospital, police, but less family and friends.

I'm tired of sitting all my life between four concrete walls, I'm tired of doing the same thing every day, God I want a change, I want to think.

Maybe many of us at some point in our lives thought about making a change, maybe we saw ourselves leading a different life somewhere else, but didn't have the courage to say stop.

This is also the reason why today I live in the country, without having all the benefits that city dwellers have, but I am not complaining, my opinion is that I am much more peaceful, I decided not to be a robot, I am much freer, I have so many beautiful areas I can walk to, a lot of nature.

My answer to this weekend's engagement would be that NO, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, I love where I live now.

This answer of mine may not be liked by some readers or visitors, but what more could I want, I have everything I want to lead a normal, peaceful life.

Even so, I have to work five days a week to earn the money I need, but on weekends I can relax in the garden, have a barbecue with friends, hike in the forest (it's right next to me), go fishing on the Mures River which is also near me, sleep in a tent on the banks of the Mures River or in the forest near me.

What could be more relaxing than waking up in the morning and stepping out into the backyard to enjoy a cup of coffee to the sound of chirping birds.

Don't get me wrong I have no problem with those who live in urban areas, the main point of this post is that at some point we should have the courage to get out of our bubble or comfort zone and have the courage to make a change in our lives.

Dear followers and visitors, this is the end of the lines I wanted to write as an answer to the question of this weekend engagement.

If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.

P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone, and the text is also designed by me.

Yours @triplug!😊

I like what you said and I agree with you. If I were to live with the life you have, then I will choose it without a second thought. Living close with nature is my humble dream because it allows me to feel more like a human. !PIZZA

I'm glad you agree with what I've written, and yes, life in the country, close to nature, is very relaxing.
Thank you very much @dennnmarc.
