Telefona ja a policia, esse cavalo esta 100% desnutrido, não tem musculo, dá para ver as costelas, eu diria mesmo que ele está mais para lá do que para cá... O pior é que os cavalos não se devem prender assim, até os que estão em boxes saiem de vez em quando para correrem...

Maybe you can start by asking around. Its owner might just have tied him there temporarily to graze and then, he's gonna be taken into a water source. I do not think that the horse is thin. upadate us on how it goes!

sad! i think he is thin .. it reminded me of my day just similar yours, years ago,! but i could find the source of water and two or three times i took water for the donkey , who was alone just like this horse ,
maybe his owner will back soon🙄

The horse is very thin. He does not enough food or water. I don't know much about horse though.

Call for sure. That animal needs access to water and ability to move around. Standing in one place like that isn't healthy for a horse.

Omg!! That is horrible that horse is very under fed and i bet if u had water he would drink 5 gallons.. omg im really sad and upset about how people do this kind of things to animals 😥

Maybe someone dropped him there to eat and will pick him up later! If you see him again in a different time there, it is better to call the authorities.

Well I don't know much about horses either, but I do think he looks rather skinny....

Poor thing. I would call somebody, even if is just to teach the owner that water is essential. Though, i think he/she is too thin but like yourself, I know nothing about horses 🐴.

Oh, this poor thing looks absolutely exhausted and dehydrated :( It's obvious that the horse has been starving and not getting enough water... :(

I think she is already old. She is very thin.
