That's somewhat correct, although personally I don't think only handwork and faith that bring things to fulfilment.
What else, do you suppose, will?
Well things like being upto date with information to know the right channel to invest your energy.
Not all who work hard make it in life, also the place of fate/luck/divine intervention can't be downplay too.
Just my opinion.
You are correct; undoubtedly, all of these must be taken into account.
