I made pancakes

Flour
2eggs
Sugar
Milk
Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Vegetable oil
Vegetable oil or butter for brushing pan.
Water

I used vegetable oil in my recipe cause I noticed I didn't have enough butter to make the portion I wanted to make.

Procedures

1. Break eggs into a bowl and whisk.
2. Add in the sugar and whisk. I didn't use a particular measurement cause I wanted a sweet pancake.
3. Put in the vegetable oil and continue mixing.
4. I had this hollandia milk but I knew it wasn't going to be enough, so I dissolved it in a cup of water and added it to the bowl and I continued mixing.
5. I proceeded to add my flour and baking powder and I did a final mixing, at this stage I noticed the mixture was a bit stiff so I put in some water to give it the right consistency.
6. I took out my frying pan, I placed it on the cooking gas and brushed some butter on it, i scooped the batter with a deep spoon and poured it in the pan.
7. I waited for some seconds before I flipped the pancake to the other side to also let it cook until it turned somehow brown.
8. I removed it from the pan and onto a plate.
   9.i did the same thing to the rest of the batter until I had finished frying everything in the bowl.

I had to quickly take a picture of the pancake cause my kids weren't patient anymore and were already picking them from the plate.

So here is my son already munching on it,I had plans to make them eat it with pap, but they weren't patient enough so I just allowed them have their way.
