When I saw @starstrings01 post about how hive has saved him, and how to was able to help himself when his parents couldn't, then I thought about myself, I joined hive in January and couldn't even withdraw anything from it until a while back, and I haven't even been as active as I should be, but my little time I get to earn the little I get.

Do you know some may see it as little, but the fact is hive has really helped me in many ways, being a baker that doesn't have so many connections can be so frustrating, when you make a lot of adverts on your WhatsApp status and Facebook, in the hope of getting at least one or two clients, well let's say that hasn't been going well as they should, so i decided to go back into snack making, which the funds i got where from my hive wallet, in that period i couldn't ask my husband for some money or disturb in for little matter, so i started the snack business, let's say it didn't work well cause I had to stop at a point, because of the high cost of a thing, there was no profit from it, instead I was getting stressed and having backaches, at some point, i almost fell sick again, until my husband had to tell me to stop and concentrate on my writing, and I'm happy to be back writing

I never ever thought that it's from writing that I would get the savings I have now, or even have hopes of continuing my education without support from my husband, and now I have been saving from my studies, I was supposed to start this September but, I put it off so I can have more earnings before I venture in school, cause I wouldn't want to trouble my husband with more expenses, as it is now, we Nigerians have a lot of things we are struggling with, from the high cost of food to gas for cooking to accommodation, to transport to and fro to ones place of work, it's very tiring and I must say, I am happy to have found hive through @jessicaossom I have never one day regretted being on this platform instead I pray to be able to improve better on my writing, and I know I will scale through.

Hive is my support, it's my lifesaver, hive is the real deal for me, and to the founders of hive I say you guys are blessed

Hive is a support indeed... You want to go back to school? It will go less stressful for you if you just continue what you're doing.

Hive provides countless opportunities if you will find them and embrace to your own benefit.

So you stopped baking? I hope not totally 🥲 that's a cool skill you know. Just do it once in a while for our enjoyment, you can share some with us here on Hive 😁

Yea I'm going back to school, you know just to get that certificate, you know Nigerian, if u haven't gone to school they wouldn't value someone

And yes I know , Hive has many opportunities.

No o didn't stop baking , I now do only on order, not a every day business, my area the business is t moving as it should.

looks like your husband seems to know that you have better hope at writing. Maybe that's why he told you to hold that business and focus on writing. Just keep up, do more, engage and make more friends and I am sure you would be better.
