Weather & Climate Changes.
I remembered how tense the heat temperature was in Nigeria at early January,I think a few countries had that experiebce too. it was one of a kind truly, i mean in Nigeria. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the climate this year to go properly after that but surprisingly it did fall back to its regular routine.
So far so good, we're currently observing the “August Break” after the no-stop rain since June, for a country that has just three seasons every year. I have a friend who's always excited whenever the rainy season approaches knowing that it's the exact moment when corn is being harvested.
Well, I see this year’s season as a little different and that's because of how the temperature feels depending on the weather at the time.
Just like how January (dry season) was hotter than usual, the rain over the past two months produced colder atmosphere then usual temperature cild at least for me. I bet it would be a different story for persons who are used to a cold environment. These indirectly tempted me to buy raw corn and cook to eat for the purpose of keeping warm even though I don't like it that much. "Yenyenyen, lol... don't mind me😅 I literally craved corn this period which was new to me..haha!
Between the end of July and early August, the rainfall reduced until it ceased to this moment and hoping to resume anytime from now.
I believe as long as the climate remains regular as per the three observed seasons in Nigeria, I mean going its usual way, the part of agriculture would not be affected.
On the other hand, the price of onions in my state during this period is a little unlike its way. Onions are regularly cheap at a season like this since there's less sun (dry season) to preserve them but the cost of transportation which is a result of economic stability, a major issue in my country made them scarce in the market thereby increasing their cost and that applies to other aspects of food production in my country.
The weather has been normal so far and just as every Nigerian's heart felt prayer, I hope for stability in the aspect of finance in my Country especially now that it's having a major effect in the agricultural field.

You know the funny thing? I am allergic to corn but this season? Hehe forget everything
Aww.... I'm not so much of a,lover myself. I bet you love the raining season?😄
Foods that are supposed to be in season are expensive because of the transportation costs and inflation. As for August break, that still remains the best time of the year for me, hehehe 😄. No excessive rain or heat.
