Orchad Road , Singapore
Hello everyone,
It is currently 2.47 am in Singapore, so I guess good morning everyone. And wherever you are, I also want to wish you good afternoon, evening, and night. I wish it'll be an awesome and effective day today that was better than yesterday.
I was sending out some whassap message to request 3 second video from my friend for our farewall party video compilation. This task has actually been given to each country representative in my class since Thursday. I was wondering why it was very hard for them to make a 3-second thank-you video for our teaching. WHYYYYY? It was not hard work to do; it was just as simple: on video recording in the phone and recording 3 seconds saying, "THANK YOU, SIR!" . I get my nerves high because it was not easy to compile the video in a short time. I need to make the video done before this Monday, and I hate last-minute work that is not even my fault. Well, enough throwing the tantrum here! At least I have to throw it somewhere because it keeps repeating and circling in my mind. I hope they'll give me before 3 pm tomorrow, which was my last call.
Currently i only have 3 video from 60 people from the class . This is not the thing that i need to do because i also need to study for our last exam next week.
THE ORCHAD ROAD , SINGAPORE
By the way , enough with that . Today i want to share some photo in one of famour road in Singapore . This photo was taken to wassap my friend and why not share those nice looking photo here .
The Orchad Road was one of the famous luxury roads in Singapore. There are a lot of high buildings, and most of the buildings have their own shopping malls. Believe it or not, even though there was a lot of shopping malls inside each building around here, most of the shops inside the mall were high-end shops like Coach, LV, and lots more. Orchad Road was one of the examples of a road that looked clean because you might get fined if you threw rubbish around here. You might have heard that Singapore was popular with fines like you can't throw rubbish, jaywalk, or eat gum. Yes, it was true, but not everywhere. Most of the rules were being practiced in big cities like Orchad Road. Be careful not to smoke at this road because you'll be fined because they have specific rules to smoke here. Orchad Road was a non-smoking area, not only in certain areas but in all areas. Singapore was trying to get a free-smoking country in another few years.
Back to my conversation with my friend, where he asked me to find him a job in Singapore. He already asked me a few times, but it is not easy to find jobs here. Everyone from all over the world was competing to get that empty job. More over, each company has their own quota to get foreign workers, and it is not cheap where the need to pay at the Ministry of Manpower to get their quota. Well, what was the quota? For example, they can only apply a foreign worker for every 5 Singaporeans that work at their company. Of course it'll be different from one sector to another. In my conversation with my friend , i told him that i found a suitables jobs for him . He was actually really excited and i let him imagining the job for almost 2 hours , which i didnt reply him for that period of time . As everyone know , even getting the cleaner job here will get a luxury wages after change it to our money. So , let say you ll get Sg 2,500 for working as cleaner in Singapore which is possible if you work over time and that amount of salaries was around RM 8,000 which was more than most of job in Malaysia .
So , i say to him that the job was sitting as display for LV (which was of course jokes from me) . He was actually to innocent to believe and say how much will the salaries (poor him) and this make me laughing as loud. I was telling him that i was jokes around and eventually he got the jokes after few minutes.
I tell him that this will your view if you work here . It was a good and nice resting area with some i call weird music from unknown instrument being display around this place at that time.
Then i sending him some interesting photo around the places. By the way , did you see some interesting section at this photo ?
Let's zoom it to find out :
Yes, the framing of those ads look cools. :p.
Mall around Orchad was a free to enter building , even it was selling (not all especially at Lucky Mall) luxury item , you can walk and take a look who know you might has something in mind to buy .
Check this some luxury display at outside they shop :
I have good laugh with him for that conversation . I hope you ll get smilling with that jokes. I think thats all for today , thanks for stopping by see you in another life journey.
