BUDDHA AT THE TOP OF BUILDING

Buddhism is one of the most successful religions in the world. It was just a minority religion back in my country, and I only knew about it from the text book when I was in childhood school. Since I come from a Christian family, the only religion I was familiar with was Christian and Islam, plus the fact that I come from a village that only has both religions until I start travelling.

I was surprised when I learnt that Buddha has a huge follower when I went to Bali. I learn their teaching and am very impressed with how Buddhists lead different ways from Christians. Then I went to Myanmar, which gave me another input about this religion. Since this country has about 95% of its citizens who are Buddhist, I can learn about it wherever I go. They are very religious citizens and dedicated to their beliefs. But I can tell that different places have different ways of teaching when I go to another country that teaches about this religion. Even though they have different methodologies, I can tell you everything that they learnt was led to goodness while on earth to reach their destination of life.

I don't know how it was in Singapore, but I wish to learn some of their learning. This was one of the centres that I found while wondering around the city; the building was so huge in the middle of the main city. I believe they bought or rented the whole building. There was another building that was being made temple-like in another place (maybe I'll talk about it in the future), and it was beautiful as always.

At close-up zoom, you clearly can see the Buddha was made of bronze. Imagine how they bring up the statue at the top of the building. I think it'll look better at night with the lighting that's being made around it. Thanks for stopping by on today's journey. I hope to see you on my next journey.
