ACCIDENTLY PORTRAIT SEASON WITH DEEDEE CASSANDRA

We were having fun playing around with the most expensive camera loaned to us by our friend near October Cafe in Kota Kinabalu. Thanks to Doctor Ruey for bringing five of his LEICA cameras for us. What I loved about this camera was that the color was so natural and you didn't need to make any adjustments after taking photos. The photo with this color profile was ready to be posted without being retouched. As far as I know, every camera actually has its own signature color. You can differentiate the kind of camera that is being used just by the color of the camera. I believe that the Leica color profile is the best among the cameras that I know. Another point that made Leica a good camera was its black-and-white profile. The basic black and white setting on that camera makes me really want to own it, as it is the perfect camera to bring around for street photography.

When we tested out the camera outside the cafe to see how the photo looked under natural light from the sun, we met Deedee Cassandra, who was waiting for her parents to have family evening coffee. At first, we didn't know that she was one of the UNDUK NGADAU contestants from RANAu. @gideongys was the one who realized that she was part of the local beauty salon. Deedee was excited to know @gideongys in real life because I guess she also knows him from social media. It seems @gideongys is much more popular than I expected.

As suggested by other friends, @ikankaruk88, @gideongys, @bluekinabalu, and mew, we asked her to make some casual photoshoots while waiting for her parents. Lucky, she agreed with it, and this was a series of photos. Our Chief Officer, or as we call him, the "KETUA KAMPUNG," has taken her phone number, and I believe he will invite his team to do a proper photoshoot with her in the future. Im looking forward to working again with her, and I believe it was worth it to spend some money collecting with other friends to hire her as a model, as she knows how to pose and is very friendly with the camera.
