Manchester United, who have been battling with multiple injuries among their players now have Luke Shaw, Diogo Dalot, Eric Bailly, Axel Tuanzebe and Nemanja Matic returning to training with other teammates.

Shaw has been sidelined since late August when he sustained a hamstring injury that forced him out in the first half of United's home defeat to Crystal Palace. Diogo Dalot on the other hand has been struggling to stay fit since he joined the club from Porto in 2018 in a deal worth around £18million. The right-back was removed after sustaining a leg injury at St James Park.

Eric Bailly suffered a medial ligament injury on his right knee during a Premier League match against Chelsea towards the end of last season at Old Trafford. The Ivorian was unable to represent his country in the Africa Cup of Nations tournament this year due to injury.

Tuanzebe was selected to start in a back three position against Liverpool but suffered a hip injury in the warm-up ahead of the Liverpool clash. Matic’s exact condition, which has kept him out since the October international break, is still unknown. Matic departed for international duty soon after United's comeback that handed them victory over Newcastle and returned to the club with an unknown/undisclosed injury.

United coach, Solskjaer confirms that he expects Paul Pogba to return to play in early December. The midfielder is said to be concluding his recovery process in the gym.
