Shredding Afternoon With LVJ | TWS and Calawis Skateboarding

Chris Lawrence and I were able to skate last Sunday, October 2024. Yeah, just two of us since Bernard Arandilla told me he wasn't able to skate because he was something to do. I told Bernard to tell Chris Lawrence I wanted to skate even though there were just two of us. When I arrived at Chris Lawrence's home he was ready so we grabbed the ledge and headed to our spot in the middle of the rice farm. That time the sky was clouded and I thought it's gonna rain that time but thankfully it was not so we just skated all day long.

I found a piece of wood on the farm that looked like a tiny ledge and I put it into the ground to try a trick over that wood. Yep, I perfectly landed my Ollie over the wood and then I told Chris Lawrence I wanted to try a Kickflip over the wood. In my mind, I could do my Kickflip over the wood first try so I just started to ride with my board towards the wood. When I got my right momentum I started to pop the tail and I flicked my board but suddenly something bad happened and it happened so fast. I smacked into the ground and that is really, really bad I didn't what happened until after watched that video.

This is what happened after I flicked the board, the board is flipped properly but it's a little bit short the board is not flipped 180 degrees. I landed it into a primo position which is why I fell to my board and smacked into the ground it's really hurt but luckily nothing major injury just a scratch in my both palms.

This is the first time when I saw Chris Lawrence land a perfect Fakie Varial Flip and that is so amazing. Fakie Varial Flip is not an easy flip trick it's a little bit hard because you land it into a switch position.

Finally, after multiple times of failures with my skate line, I perfectly landed my Varial Flip together with my line tricks. Varial Flip is my second favorite flip trick it is a little bit harder than Kickflip but it is a really cool trick.
