Today I want to cook Two menus a dish made from Egg and tempeh base with chili sauce Sweet spicy and the second menu is stir-fried fresh water spinach.
With two menus, the dishes we eat It will be complete in nutritional value. There are side dishes and also vegetables.
Ingredients First menu.
.Seven eggs (Can be more)
. 10 Slice Tempeh
. 10 Big red chili
. 1 tomato
. 6 red onions
. 1 clove of garlic
. 3 candlenuts
. 3 pieces of lime leaves
. 1 stalk of lemongrass, cut off the
ends.
. 1 finger joint of galangal
. 1/2 spoon of salt
. 1/4 spoon of flavoring.
. 1 finger joints of brown sugar
Second menu ingredients.
. 2 bunches of water spinach
. 3 cloves of shallots
. 1 clove of garlic
. 2 large red chilies
. 1/4 Spoon salt
. 1/4 spoon flavoring
Steps to make it.
Boil the eggs first after they are cooked Peel the skin.
Puree the chilies, onions, candlenuts and tomatoes. heat the pan then Pour five tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan.After
Heat it up, put the chilies Finely. lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves in the pan,Until it smells good.
Then add 2 glasses of water.
Then put the eggs and tempeh into the pan. Stir. Until the sauce dries out a bit and thickens.
Second menu.
Cut the water spinach and slice the onions White and red onion and chilies.
Heat a pan and add three table spoons Vegetable oil, once hot,
Put the sliced spices into the pan. Stir fry until wilted.Add 1 glass of water. Then add the vegetables Salt and seasoning .Cook until done.
This is the result of the cooking. If the dish is a bit spicy, you can reduce Chili it according to taste.My family and I like spicy food. If it's not spicy enough, you can add hot cayenne pepper.
