About forgetting
Hello hive friends. This is about I myself The forgetful one. Yes, this is the second time I have made this mistake which makes me angry with myself.I don't know what's on my mind that I always forget what I should do after doing an activity.
This About my morning routine as usual Before the children went to school, they were given pocket money to take them to school. How surprised I was to find what was in my wallet.There are no more ATM cards. Why did something like this happen again? In a critical Important like this, we have to lose something valuable and very important again.This is the second time it's gone missing. It might have been swallowed by the ATM machine. I've searched for it over and over again but I can't find it. Should I forget about it? Considering it's a very important item.
Forgetful .I want to curse myself why I forgot where I was last Put it on.About activities that make me forget. Sometimes I feel tired of myself always forgetting whY?
Sometimes, if you forget something small, it's okay to forget it.But if it's an important matter, it can't be done Forgotten.Because something important can't come back quickly.
It's sad to be forgetful. Maybe it's age factor. Sometimes children can Forgot too,Not just adults.also,Confused, angry, sad,Now that's what I feel right now.

I feel your pain!! I have a tendency to forget things but thankfully not important things like bank cards. I do sadly forget other important things like providing the daily vitamins my son needs to be a good student. It’s something I’ve been really trying to focus on improving but have had some slips recently.
One thing I can say does help it is making sure we consume the proper amount of vitamins ourselves. Omega 3 oils are really important for our brains and help with these types of things. Hopefully you can get some omega 3’s and improve your memory!
