Willow Habitat And Delicious Ramen During Trip

Travelling sometimes brings us to unexpected things. It doesn't have to be a big thing, like when we're travelling, we find a delicious food even though we chose it randomly. Those are the things I always like when I go out.

With that opening, I'll tell you about my encounter with Street Sushi. So, when I was travelling with a friend, we were very hungry and while riding our motorbikes, we were looking for a place to eat where we could stop by. Eventually, we came across a culinary place called Willow Habitat.

There are various tenants in this Willow Habitat, then my friend and I chose Street Sushi.

Street Sushi, A Mini Tavern With Delicious Ramen Variants

Of course, even though the name is Sushi, it doesn't mean that this mini shop located at the very end doesn't only serve sushi. It's an all-Japanese shop, so, in addition to sushi, they also serve ramen. Without thinking, I chose one menu: Beef Curry Ramen. While my friend chose the Soicy Chicken Ramen. As for drinks, we ordered two glasses of cold ocha. It's a pity that you can't refill your ocha for free here.

This stall only has a couple of chairs and tables inside, and is placed right in front of the ordering table. The rest, if there are people who order to dine in, there are several pairs of chairs that are actually placed in the courtyard which is not so spacious.

Even so, the japanese ambience is really felt. From the outside appearance alone, it has been decorated in such a way as to feel the Japanese vibe. Plus noren decorations and Japanese-style letters that I'm not sure if it's Katana, Higana, or Kanji.

My friend and I chose to sit inside, as the sun was still out and the air was very humid.

Ramen

It took about fifteen minutes for our order to be served: two servings of ramen, two glasses of cold ocha, and gari (pickled ginger). In my menuku's bowl, there were noodles with thick curry sauce topped with sliced beef, spring onions, and sweet corn. My friend's bowl had noodles, spicy sauce, sliced chicken, egg, sweet corn, and green vegetables or pak coy.

If you notice, sliced beef was grilled, so there was a thin smokey sensation when chewing it. The doneness of the noodles was just right, there was still a chewy texture. In my opinion, the price is quite reasonable here, as the portion is also quite generous.

I ate the noodles and meat in one mouthful, with the gari following later. It was a very pleasant combination of flavours in the mouth. I like that the gravy is not too strong, but not overpowered by the other condiments. If this place was nearby, it would have been a favrit place that I would visit again. Unfortunately, I only met this place on the way. However, I'm still grateful to have found such a good place to eat.

After finishing all the dishes we ordered, we didn't go straight home, usually we would share briefly about work, or about literacy. My friend is also a person who is in the world of literacy, so we are very cool chatting.

After feeling satisfied sitting, I finished the bill, and hurried to continue the journey. That was it, our encounter with Street Sushi. Thank you for reading and understanding my content. See you!

ramen that looks very delicious, from the appearance of the broth that is full of oil. Wow, the taste of miso soup mixed with dashi is really savory and sweet.
