This is the first time I've tried western Javanese food. Speaking of West Java or the Sundanese, a lot of food from this area uses tapioca flour as the basic ingredient. Call it cilok, cimol, cireng, cilung, and the one I bought is called cirambay. A food made from noodles that are printed flat, the shape of this cirambay noodle is similar to kwetiaw noodles, but the texture of cirambay is softer. The taste presented by cirambay is generally spicy. In this shop, there are four levels of spicy level from Cirambay. I ordered level 4.
