In the shadow long casted by its roots, hold faster than we gaze and think about
We could think “We cannot fall, it strengths deceives us, it towers all
Yet those cracks forms a solid division where time whispered secrets that ice has shown
Even the hardest seem to stay are shifting, fleeting and wearing away even from a heart of steel…

A bridge that is built from rivers stood, we call them strong but nothing is forged can long endure
We close our eyes and even plug our ears to pretend that we’ll never fears at all
The sky is blue and the sun is so bright to stared at, still no storm to blot this perfect light from those lightning strikes
Yet ignorance from that warm disguise, will lead us blinded from those cruel surprise…

From every moment spent denying, we pay in those double grief crying while drying the fact of accepting
To never hold the truth in sight will break us even more when comes the night when shadow lingers at night
The fear takes hold of our roots and begin to grow the ones we cherish, their presence makes the world less drear
Yet these fragile threads that we weave, change could make them leave and grow stronger…

To walk this world world with an open eyes and see the world beyond disguise is to know the truth
For everything we hold and know, in which acceptance grows in the quiet piece through the time will never cease
We hold to to that moment breathe in and out, to seek the cracks to cherish still what refines
The hearts rebuild, son the scars will fade until we rise and know to walk with an open heart that gives our soul back to its brightest glow…
