Wednesday Walk - Hiking in another area
Hello friends. I feel lucky and happy to participate in a new Wednesday Walk event. It is very unlikely that this event should be held once a week. It is necessary for our health to walk every day of the week. For a healthy and long-lasting life, we need to walk for at least one hour daily. This allows us to have stronger immunity and will minimize the risk of heart diseases.
Merhaba dostlar. Yeni bir Wednesday Walk etkinliğine katıldığım için kendimi şanslı ve mutlu hissediyorum. Bu etkinliğin haftada bir kez yapılması, olması oldukça az. Haftanın her günü yürümemiz sağlık açısından gerekli. Sağlıklı ve uzun ömürlü bir yaşam için günlük en az bir saat yürüyüş yapmamız lazım. Bu daha güçlü bağışıklığa sahip olmamızı sağlar, kalp hastalıkları riskini minimize edecektir.
Since we are entering the winter season, I cannot take morning and night walks. Exercise time has decreased, but my eating habits remain the same. This caused me to gain weight too. I had to eat lower-calorie foods and change my eating habits. I feel bad when there is weight gain in my body and therefore I need to get rid of the excess weight as soon as possible. It is possible to overcome this with a little more exercise.
Kış mevsimine giriş yaptığımız için sabah ve gece yürüyüşlerini yapamıyorum. Egzersiz süresi azaldı ancak beslenme alışkanlığım aynen devam ediyor. Bu ben de kilo artışına neden oldu. I took the images in this week's walking post in a place I have rarely been to before. The location is different but the ascents and descents are the same. It is difficult to find flat land in many parts of the city. The city was built at the foot of the mountain. Of course, it is more beneficial to exercise in such areas. Additionally, the altitude is around 1550 meters. Hiking at high altitude is also challenging. You get tired more quickly when hiking than at lower altitudes.

The building in the image belongs to one of the city's well-known families. It was a family that ruled the city 200-300 years ago. As such, there are riches from that period. Due to the disagreement between the family, many of the buildings are idle and unfinished as in the picture. When there are many family members, it is difficult to convince all of them. Even if there is one person who is not convinced, the problem arises.

Aile arasındaki anlaşmamazlık nedeniyle binalarının bir çoğu görseldeki gibi atıl ve yapımı yarım kalmış şekilde. Aile fertleri fazla olunca tümünü ikna etmek zor oluyor. İkna edilmeyen bir kişi olsa bile sorun ortaya çıkıyor.

It's good that you are taking this walk as routine and considering this as basic thing to keep your weight on balance. Lately, I decided to do hiking and I submitted my fee to hiking club of my university but I could not go.

It is true what you say, dear friend @tht, with the arrival of the cold days we cannot walk as much, and generally we tend to eat more or things with more calories to feel good about the cold days, that makes us tend to gain weight, and that is not good for your health

I do agree we should all try and get out walking or some form of exercise every day, the reason I went for calling it Wednesday walk was more to make it easier for me keeping up with any one who joins, and the concept is the walk can be any day but more to share it, it can be one walkor photos from various walks :)
