The Effect of forgetfulness

Hello hive family,Am happy to be present in hive-reachout community am excited to share my idea on this weekly prompt.

Forgetfulness is a habit must human being has challenges handling, finding it difficult to recall things and if not handled properly with care it can then result to a constant habit that can turns one life into nightmare.
Image forgetting an important events, activities etc that might mess up your life,thu forgetfulness might be of great important to other people .

Forgetfulness is a normal part of life, and it’s common to grow more forgetful as you age. Still, it can be scary and make you concerned about developing Alzheimer’s disease, a progressive neurological condition associated with memory loss,most people get more forgetful over time and do not have Alzheimer’s. Many other conditions can cause forgetfulness as well.

Many factors can result to forgetfullness such as lack of sleep :not having enough sleep is one of the cause of forgetfulness,one needs to sleep at least 8 hours at night because sleeping refresh the brain and make you mentally ready for the next day
Second some medication can result to forgetfullness,some effect of some medicine like high blood pressure medication can result to forgetfullness

Thirdly alcohol cause forgetfulness, that is to much drinking of alcohol can interfere with short memory lost

Depression. Common signs of depression include a stifling sadness, lack of drive, and lessening of pleasure in things you ordinarily enjoy. Forgetfulness can also be a sign of depression or a consequence of it.

We have so many things that can result to forgetfullness aside the ones mentioned above.And the only way to handle your forgetfulness is Identifying the cause of your forgetfulness and handling it properly, and also consulting medical advices, request guides or seeing a therapist.

Forgetfulness have various effect on different parts of our lives and I will also love to share some of the way it affected my life:

Work performance:most time forgetfulness has effect my work performance making me to forget some works given to by my customers and sometimes I even forget to get their work done.

Daily routine: recently I forget to unplug my iron after I finish using it and I just went to work u can imagine how dangerous it is and many times I do forget to either close my door or forget my phone at home and leave for work and many more can affect our daily routine.

Wow that's awesome sir. I @kastropaul398 will really put this to practice having enough sleep like 8 hrs to have enough rest. Because I hardly sleep such hour's. Highest I can only sleep for 3-5 hrs. But to outstand the basic factor of forgetfulness I have to sleep at least 8hrs a day.

This is such a relatable topic! Forgetfulness is something we all deal with at some point, and it’s true that it can affect different aspects of life work, relationships, and even self-esteem. I like how you pointed out the causes, especially lack of sleep and stress, which many people don’t realize play a big role. To forget is what someone, can't just do without it.
Is actually part of humans as long as our brains function Just as you made mention of sleep, I do believe stress causes it, we need to rest our head most times!
