AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA what a great feeling!

yesterday was my 5 year anniversary on the hive blockchain, and I couldn't let it go under the table just like that!

So I decided to make an illustration to commemorate this special moment, Thanks to all of you, to those who follow me, to those who I have had the pleasure to meet here, and to all of you who are always there.

Swimming in the waters of hive was not easy but it was definitely worth it, I have met so many great people and many projects that work hard every day.

My special place is 3speak that... with the impulse of many people I decided to making covers and my own music, and it's a good thing I did because I have achieved things that I never thought I would achieve.
the people at 3speak are cool people. 100%

the curators who have been there since my first day 9n9 have a place in my heart @takowi,thank you so much!, and those who have recently discovered my talent too !

Thanks to hive I have achieved many things, like paying for my first pc nwn.

my niche has always been illustration and singing, and there has been no social network with genuine people that has motivated me so much to do what I like and share it with the world as hive, and I think the last one is very important, there will be many applications and social networks but it is the community that makes the world keep spinning and evolving.

ok the first thing I did was a lineart, but obviously I debated about what style to do it in, what colors etc etc, and all this is a moment that XD at least I see it as thinking hard, philosophize with yourself about what you want to do, look for references, choose the brushes, the app, the time, and ohohohohoh this last one, believe me this last one is super important the time I had it counted because as you know, (in my last post I told you about this) I am working on a client's commission.

so I had to finish this fast so I don't waste more time than I should.

I decided to make thick lines and a little rounded keeping the dolly style.
it took me about 2 hours to do the lineart since i had to do it fast i didn't really choose to do sketch and drew on the fly after seeing many references.

I added flat colors and seeing some references I liked that the way to add shadows could be in flat colors also for this style of drawing or prints, so I did the first thing, flat colors and I was trying what I thought was best.

the rest is history

the story: I had a battle as you can not imagine against the color theory, is that after 5 hours watching the same thing, in this case the same drawing, there comes a point where the brain gets used to it and I totally lose sensitivity and do not know if something looks crooked or if the color looks good or bad, XD so I resorted to klye that saved my existence from existential failure and a bloody battle against colors, remember guys second opinions do matter!
