It's time ! for our weekly Apex legends update and I have a lot of news related to the new events that started on December 5th as a Christmas special.

Let's start with :

REVENANT UPRISING

this event excites me a lot, because it has a lot to do with the lore of the game as such (yes apex legends has its own lore and I must tell you that it is extensive, and personally I think it is very well written).

Let's talk first about who is revenant to understand this event, according to the official page of Apex legends we can read in its description as follows

Revenant has been in a constant struggle, where others were doing with him what they wanted by turning him into a robot....

In an unexpected twist in the KILL CODE animation, at the end of the fourth episode when Revenant discovers that he is beginning to have new powers, he murders Duardo Silva (the grandfather who pretended to be Octane's father) of the Hammond Company.

and >:D decides he now wants to take over the world!

so with his new powers he realizes that he can control the other robot replicas of him and that's when Apex legends offers us this new game mode where, one part of players are legends, and the other part are army of revenants, so there is only one red-eyed revenant who can use weapons, shields and equip himself with the normal loot of the game, plus special abilities during this event like running through walls.
while the other revenants can only attack and assassinate the legends with unarmed hands.

Revenant Army

the goal in this is to work as a team as an army and prevent the legends from escaping the island in ships if you are an army revenant. and kill KILL KILL! THOSE SKIN BAGS!

Legends

if you are a legend your goal is to survive, watch each other's backs and escape in the ships, at least 6 whole teams must be left alive to achieve victory.

Es tiempo ! de nuestro update semanal de Apex legends y les tengo un monton de noticias relacionadas a los nuevos eventos que iniciaron el 5 de diciembre como especial de navidad.
Empecemos con :
REVENANT UPRISING
este evento me emociona demasiado, porque tiene mucho que ver con el lore del juego como tal (si apex legends tiene su propio lore y debo decirles que es extenso, y en lo personal pienso que esta muy bien escrito)
Hablemos primero de quien es revenant para entender este evento, segun la pagina oficial de Apex legends podemos leer en su descripción lo siguiente
Pesadilla sintética
Revenant era humano, el mejor sicario del Sindicato de mercenarios. Cuando se miraba en el espejo, veía el reflejo de una cara humana. Pero el tiempo lo cambia todo y cuando su programación acabó por fallar, fue consciente de en lo que se había convertido a manos del Sindicato de mercenarios y Hammond Robotics: un tormento andante de acero y vestigios de carne. Sus jefes lo resucitaron en forma de simulacrum, lo arrancaron de la muerte una y otra vez... Y lo programaron para que olvidara.
Había dado caza a todos los que le hicieron esto, pero no consiguió lo que más ansiaba: la dulce liberación de la muerte. Como no podía morir sin destruir su cabeza humana conservada, emprendió una búsqueda para destruirla. Cuando Loba, una ladrona a cuyos padres había asesinado, quiso vengarse, casi consiguió lo que quería, pero esta lo mantuvo vivo para prolongar su sufrimiento. Después, su mundo volvió a dar un vuelco cuando se despertó con sus habilidades arrebatadas y sustituidas por unas nuevas. ¿Quién está moviendo los hilos? ¿Y por qué? Revenant no se va a detener hasta que lo descubra. "
Revenant ha estado en una lucha constante, donde otros hacian con el lo que querian al convertirlo en un robot...
En un giro inesperado de la animacion KILL CODE, al final de esta en el cuarto episodio cuando revenant descubre que esta comenzando a tener nuevos poderes, asesina a duardo silva (el abuelo que pretendia ser padre de octane) de la compa;ia hammond.
y >:D decide que ahora quiere dominar el mundo !
asi es como con sus nuevos poderes se da cuenta que puede controlar a los otros robots replicas de el y es cuando Apex legends nos ofrece este nuevo modo de juego en donde, una parte de jugadores son legendas, y la otra parte son ejercito de revenants, existiendo asi solo un revenant de ojos rojos quien puede usar armas ,escudos y equiparse con el loot normal del juego, ademas de habilidades especiales durante este evento como correr por las paredes.
mientras que los otros revenants solo pueden atacar y asesinar a las leyendas con las manos desarmadas.
la meta en esto es trabajar en equipo como ejercito y evitar que las legendas escapen de la isla en naves si eres un revenant de la armada.
si eres una legenda tu meta es sobrevivir cuidarse las espaldas unos con otros y escapar todos en las naves, al menos 6 equipos enteros deben quedar vivos para lograr la victoria.

we had a special reward event, where for playing this mode we got some free rewards, but nothing too spectacular in my opinion.

this where my firsts kills as a revenant army

it was buggy XD soooo sometimes you respawned below the actual map LMAO

• yeah if you are a rev army you die and get back to live again in some random place
• but if you are a legend you need to wait till you get respawned by anyone if someone grabbed your banner 😰 if not you are fucked, if your whole squad dies then you become a revenant .
• if you get caught/ killed by a red eyed rev, he can make you one of his army and now you cant be a legend anymore.

ok so i was a legend at first but i got killed by a red eyed rev and becomed one of them TAT... i was lifeline

in the normal game mode you can see the revenant army ships flying around and placed in random spots of the maps

yeh this is the typa shit i been on XD i love this game makes me happy to finally being better C: i have spent a total of ...

im proud, the first shooter game i ever played on pc, so it was hard at first thanks @klye a bunch for teaching me and being patient with my learning <:3
