Silver Gold Stackers Engagement Initiative - Compilation post #2
Silver gold stackers engagement initiative compilation posts
As I mentioned in the first compilation post of the engagement initiative, which you can find here as well as linked in every new edition published, I'm going to reflect on the initiative by creating these compilations that can be turned into one big collection later.
Maybe I should think about adding some more defined categories to the compilation posts later, but it's a start and needs some fine tuning to be turned into a bundle of resources for those interested in the community as well as outsiders who are curious to learn more.
I'm one of these people that starts doing things as I go, and discover what works best on the fly, so give it a bit of time for me to fine tune the collections into something that we can use properly.
Writing out the questions in text
Something that I didn't take into account when starting the initiative at first was the fact that I wrote the questions in an image rather than also in text, which may not have been the smartest idea for people who wanted to find the post. Therefore you will see me writing the question first in text, and adding the image afterwards.
Question #4: Share your favourite
Let's get to week four where I asked the community the following question:
"Share your favourite silver gold stacker content creator outside of Hive."
I was really curious if this would turn into a bundle of resources for me to look into because I much rather find another creator through a community member which will give me some sort of trustworthy feeling than just finding a random one on Google. I'm not saying this is the wrong way to go though, I do it all the time, but I was hoping for a few nice tips in this edition.
If you go to the comment section, you will notice that Reddit is mentioned a few times but also some that stick to the community on Hive and or just local coin dealers. @kerrislravenhill made a full post as an answer which I want to highlight here as it was very resourceful.
If you're looking for some other places outside of Hive referred by the community members here, this is the post you have to check for answers. Link to be found below the image.
Question #5: A dilemma
Here we have two things to choose from and you can only pick one of them. The two options were:
You will never have money problems again, your financial future is secured but only if you have to part with your most precious silver or gold piece. This item can't be replaced.
OR
You will forever have struggles getting to the end of the month but you get to hold on to your most precious silver or gold piece forever. It can't be taken away from you, ever.
"Please explain why you chose that one.."
Now of course I kind of had the feeling this was going to be a no-brainer. But was it really? I will leave this for you to find out in the comment section of the post linked below this image.
Question #6: Have you been an inspiration to someone?
The question of week 6 was:
"Since the start of your silver / gold stacking journey, do you think you've inspired people in your network to start stacking as well?"
"Or maybe you inspired complete strangers to get into stacking by creating silver / gold stacking content."
"If one of the questions is answered with Yes, do you have any clue how many you're inspired over the years?"
I loved reading @silverd510's story about how he started collecting as a kid and inspired @saffisara to start her journey. And then there was @kunschj who also shared some of the little ones who he inspired, to read this all, please follow the link below the image to read the whole comment. It was very cool to read the personal stories from others..
Shame on me for not coming back to answer everyone's comment in that edition, I just discovered that but I'm catching up as we speak, everyone has now received a reply. This was quite a nice edition if you ask me, so many personal stories to share and a very cool video to YT which you should watch.. Hint hint...
Check out the comment section to learn how many of the community members think they have gotten someone into stacking or inspired them in a way. I know many of you have inspired me by now.. Thanks everyone <3
That's a wrap!
Sadly not a silver wrap, but I'm going to wrap it up anyway. These compilation posts are really fun for me to create as I go back in time a bit as well as caught myself for skipping the replies due to (probably) real life issues. But at least now I made up for the delay. I appreciate everyone's contributions so keep them coming everyone!
A new question will be up in a few days so make sure not to miss that one... I wish you a lovely weekend ahead!

You have created a Precious Gem!
In my opinion, silver and gold are fun to collect and hold, but because it is ultimately just a store of wealth, it should be given up if it can eliminate money problems. Especially if it means only parting with ONE silver or gold piece, even if it's your most precious piece and cannot be replaced. A secure future is more precious than any precious silver or gold piece and who knows, you may someday collect a DIFFERENT gold or silver piece that is your new most precious, even if it cannot replace what you parted with.
