Shiny Mail From The US - What Have I Won In The Raffle?

Remember that secret silver raffle by @bulliontools?

I know I do, I was buying tickets whenever I could and hoping for one secret silver prize. I got lucky and won 1 out of the 4 draws he did. It was very cool that he did a separate drawing for every 55 tickets sold. We managed to push it over the edge for a fourth draw in the final days which was great!

Although normally the same people seem to win by buying in big, this time I was very happy that I had a shot at winning, so thanks guys for not buying 4x as many tickets and running away with all prizes :)

Waiting for the package to arrive

Whenever something is shipped, I'm very curious how long it takes to arrive on my end of the world because you never know with all these stops in between what could happen. Thankfully for me, this package arrived fairly quickly in my area. The same thing happened as with the package another time where they'd say I'm not home while not even ringing the bell or calling me and then let me pick it up at the post office instead.

Now I recall these first 9 months in our previous home where we lived all the way up the hill without a car and had to walk 35 minutes through 35 degrees to get there, it was a pain! I mean that literally, lol. This local post office doesn't have a great rep as they tend to do this constantly, thankfully for us, we now have a car so it's not such a big deal to pick it up anymore. I only had to wait until after the weekend because they dropped the note on Friday and I saw it 5 minutes before the post office would close.

Woop, time to open!

The first thing made me smile already because it's a nice thank you card with colours, pretty artsy, my daughter wanted to steal it immediately, haha.

Well, thank you too @bulliontools as you motivated me to add more HSBI shares and I will soon start picking them up quicker as well because I have some catching up to do. These raffles are good reminders while also having a shot at a nice prize.

The excitement of the unpacking

I wondered which 1/2 OZ round he sent me, I didn't know as it was a secret raffle after all..
Here she is, a 2018 Mexico libertad.. very nice! Edit: It's a proof coin, making the price even sweeter than it already was lol, thanks for mentioning it @bulliontools!

Unpacking is extra fun when you find something that you don't have yet, which is the case here.. I saw many Mexico libertad rounds but never bought one so far. This made me very happy!

He noticed they are not the same, so I took a picture of all of them separately..

How cool! I especially love the pirate :)
