A new lounge bar with divine waffles

A new Lounge Bar

Not too far from our home we have a few restaurants and ever since we moved here, there were two closed bars in the same street as where we sometimes sit down to have a drink or rest from our long walk. We always thought it was a pity that one of these were closed because the outside of the place looked amazing. I was super curious to find out what was inside but they never re-opened.

About 2 weeks ago, a bunch of men were working on this place and the outside had such a huge transformation already. I was wondering how long It took them to make these changes because I was there about a week before and there was no sign of any building or renovations until that day. To our surprise just one week later, this lounge bar had opened and it looks so cool! We know know it's quite a big place inside as well. We weren't sure yet if it was a restaurant or just for drinks but we found out that it's mostly drinks and you can have small foods like waffles and pancakes only. I'm not sure if it will stay this way because it's quite possible that they will add food later and the day for stuff to hire a shift whatever but it's also possible that we will stay just a bar and focused on drinks only, time will tell.

Amazing decoration inside

When we walked back from the supermarkets earlier this week we decided to have a drink and rest here, it was quite hot so we went inside. The inside is amazing! I just didn't feel I could take pictures at that moment because there are people sitting in every corner so I skipped that part for now. I'm sure that we we'll go there again soon so I will share this later.

Waffles and pancake

We were a bit Hungry and asked if they had any foods the waiter told us they have waffles and pancakes. Our daughter had a pancake with Nutella and whipped cream and we shared a waffle with Kinder Bueno topping cream. It was so good!! It was much better than expected. We all had a drink as well and went back home as it was a school night.
It's lovely to see that new places are opening even though winter is coming and most tourists are back home now. The great thing is that this place is also open during the afternoons, so no siesta closure, which is convenient because when you are in need for a place to sit and have a drink during the afternoon hours, it's hard to find something that's open.
