Elon Musk's Contribution To OpenAI

I completely agree with Sam Altman on this one, today is the best time to start a tech company. Technology is the most important word of this Era and if you see our world advancing so quickly, you've got tech to thank for that.

From all the breakthrough in the medical field to most famous two letter words in the world right now, AI. Technology is definitely outpacing our expectations and I'm not surprised because I already understand the acceleration theory of technology. Technology can in some eras feel and look like it's not changing and one new discovery or invention can accelerate the whole thing.

AI is now being incorporated into virtual everything we know and it's only going to get better. If you have lots of money sitting at the bank with no idea of what to invest into, I'd highly recommend AI tech companies like Nvidia, Anthropic and OpenAI.

No wonder OpenAI has got billions of dollars coming in from their investors. The future is clear and it's AI. I believe OpenAI will dominate the AI industry and they've proven it over these few years by developing the very best model like ChatGPT.

With all the new AI models we've seen so far and their amazing capabilities, Sam Altman actually still believes that we're just scratching the surface of this industry.

Altman mentioned the kind of support that Elon Musk gave to OpenAI and to himself when it was just a startup company. He is very grateful to Elon and thanked Elon in an interview. He acknowledged that without Elon Musk's support in the past, OpenAI would not be what it is today.

But it's unfortunate that their relationship is still a bit rocky. I already shared a blog talking about Elon Musk suing OpenAI for changing their initial vision and focusing on profits. Yes Elon is right but I also agree with Sam Altman's views. They need to be profitable to keep their investors. It takes too much money to run and train an AI model so OpenAI needs all the money they can get from the investors.
