I'm one of the heavy Chatgpt users because these days instead of googling something and getting so many websites, I'd rather just ask ChatGPT and it gives me a straight answer. But if course I do that while checking Google for facts just in case the answer feels a bit off to me.
If you've been using Chatgpt for this then I think you'll appreciate their latest search feature. I remember when they brought a search through chats feature on Whatsapp, I said thank God because it's had to look through thousands of text messages just to find the one thing you said.
This is a problem I've had with Chatgpt and now they're fixing it. Maybe you gave it a prompt and you want that prompt but forgot when you did it or have given it way too many instructions to have the time to search through to find what you want. That's when Searching through your chat history becomes very necessary.
They've released this new feature but it's only out for paid users so if you're using it free like I'm doing, you're going to have to wait a little. With this tool, you can search for a specific word or phrase and find the exact chat you had weeks or even months ago.
So if you're a free users how long are you going to have to wait to get this feature? They said probably by next month it should be available to free users so when I get access to it I'll use it and give my review on it
