01 potato, 01 carrot, 03 spoonfuls of cornstarch, 01 spoonful of garlic powder, 02 spoonfuls of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.


01 papa, 01 zanahoria, 03 cuchardas de maicena, 01 cucharada  de ajo en polvo, 02 cucharadas de aceeite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

We start this recipe by washing, peeling and grating the carrot and potato.


Comenzamos esta receta lavando, pelando y rallando la zanahoria y la papa.

Then, in a bowl, place the potato and grated carrot, continue adding salt, pepper, garlic and cornstarch, mix well and let stand for a few minutes.


Luego, en un bol, colocamos la papa y la zanahoria rallada, continuamos añadiendo la sal, la pimienta, el ajo y la maicena, mezclamos muy bien y dejamos reposar unos minutos.

In a frying pan place a little oil and when hot place the mixture and spread it with a paddle, cook covered over low heat for twelve minutes to cook the potatoes and carrots, then with the help of a plate turn over and cook on the other side for twelve more minutes until golden brown and crispy.



En un sartén colocamos un poco de aceite y al estar caliente colocamos la mezcla y con una paleta esparcimos, cocinamos tapada a fuego bajo por doce minutos para que se cocine las papas y la zanahoria, luego con la ayuda de un plato volteamos y cocinamos por el otro lado  doce minutos más hasta que dore y quede crujiente.
