Delicius sautéed zucchini with chickpeas and sesame. [Eng-Esp]

Today I bring you a very nutritious recipe it is zucchini, chickpeas and sesame, ideal when you want to eat a different way for lunch, I tell you that this vegetable has few calories and is rich in water and fiber, as regards the chickpea this has a high content of fiber, protein and minerals, the best thing about this dish is that the whole family enjoys it, I particularly love it and that's why I recommend it.
Hoy les traigo una receta muy nutritiva se trata de calabacín, garbanzos y ajonjolí, ideal cuando quieres comer de una forma diferente para el almuerzo, les cuento que esta verdura tiene pocas calorías y es rica en agua y fibra, por lo que se refiere al garbanzo este posee un gran contenido de fibra, proteínas y minerales, lo mejor de este plato es que toda la familia lo disfruta, a mí particularmente me encanta y por eso se lo recomiendo.
01 zucchini, 1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas, 01 onion, 03 cloves of garlic, 01 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 01 teaspoon of paprika, 01 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
01 calabacin, 1/2 taza de garbanzos cocido, 01 cebolla, 03 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de ajonjoli, 01 cucharadita de paprika, 01 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.
We start by washing and cutting the zucchini into cubes and the onion into julienne strips.
Comenzamos lavando y cortando el calabacín, en cubos, la cebolla en juliana.
In a frying pan with oil place the zucchini and onion, sauté and cover, let cook until tender.
En un sarten con aceite colocamos el calabacin y la cebolla, rehogamos y tapamos, dejamos cocinar hasta que estén tiernos.
Then add the crushed garlic and the chickpeas.
Seguido añadimos el ajo machacado y los garbanzos.
Condimentamos con sal, pimienta y paprika, revolvemos seguimos cocinando a fuego bajo por unos minutos mas y listo.
In a frying pan place the sesame seeds and toast them a little.
En un sarten colocamos el ajonjoli y lo tostamos un poco.
Serve with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy with the garnish of your choice or simply eat it alone.
Servimos le añadimos el ajonjolí tostado y disfrutamos con el contorno de nuestra preferencia o simplemente comerlo solo.

Nice dish I love sauted zucchini and with chickpeas even more yummy.
In our country we call it lau or Lagenaria siceraria. The vegetable is wonderful to eat. But you have combined the boots wonderfully here. Which gives a really incomparable taste.
