Today I bring you a new opportunity or a different presentation of rice, this is a vegan fried rice made with few ingredients easy to find; the good thing about this recipe is that we can vary the vegetables, it is also very quick to prepare and the result is amazing. I am a rice fanatic and preparing this fried rice is a different way of consuming it. Rice is one of the foods rich in carbohydrates and is very necessary for our body, as it gives us energy. Hoy les traigo una nueva oportunidad o una presentación diferente del arroz, se trata de un arroz frito vegano elaborado con pocos ingredientes fáciles de encontrar; lo bueno de esta receta es que podemos variar las verduras, además es muy rápida de preparar y el resultado es sorprendente. Soy una fanática del arroz y preparar este arroz frito es una forma diferente de consumirlo. El arroz es uno de los alimentos ricos en hidratos de carbono y es muy necesario para nuestro organismo, ya que nos aporta energía. Espero que se animen a prepararla.
02 cups of cooked rice, 01 carrot, 02 stalks of scallion, 01 stalk of garlic, 01 clove of garlic, 1/2 cup of sprouts, 02 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of peas and corn, 02 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

The first thing to do is to wash, peel and cut into small cubes the carrot. We put it to cook until it softens. Strain and set aside.

While the carrot is cooking, wash and cut into small squares the scallion and the garlic and leek.
Mientras se cuece la zanahoria, vamos a lavar y cortar, en cuadros pequeños, el cebollín, el ajoporro.
Next, place a frying pan over low heat and place the two tablespoons of oil when it is hot, add the garlic, let it cook for a few seconds so that it does not burn, then add the scallion and garlic, sauté while stirring, then add the carrot and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
A continuación, ponemos una sartén a fuego lento y echamos las dos cucharadas de aceite cuando esté caliente, añadimos el ajo, dejamos que se cocine unos segundos para que no se queme, después añadimos el cebollín y el ajoporro, rehogamos sin dejar de remover, después añadimos la zanahoria y dejamos que se cocine un par de minutos.
Now add the rice, peas and corn, soy sauce and finally the sprouts and cook for 2 more minutes and that's it.
Ahora añade el arroz, los guisantes y el maíz, la salsa de soja y por último los germinados y cocina 2 minutos más y listo.
