El pollo es una de las proteínas que más consumo, siempre lo busco distinta distintas maneras de prepararla. Hoy comparto una receta de muslos de pollo al horno con salsa BBQ y mantequilla, estoy tratando de tener una dieta más saludable no comiendo mucha grasa, así que decidí hacerlo de esta manera porque el sabor es muy diferente, fácil y rápido de preparar y lo más importante sé que a mi familia le encanta de esta manera. Espero que les guste y les aseguro que no se arrepentiran , porque querran hacerla a menudo.

Today I am sharing a recipe for baked chicken thighs with BBQ sauce and butter, I am trying to have a healthier diet not eating a lot of fat, so I decided to do it this way because the taste is very different, easy and quick to prepare and most importantly I know that my family loves it this way. 01 kilo de muslos de pollo, 01 cucharada de orégano, 02 cucharadas de sal, 04 dientes de ajo, 03 cucharadas de salsa BBQ, 02 cucharadas de mantequilla, 01 cucharadita de pimienta.
01 kilo of chicken thighs, 01 tablespoon of oregano, 02 tablespoons of salt, 04 cloves of garlic, 03 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, 02 tablespoons of butter, 01 teaspoon of pepper.
Lo primero que hago es hacer el aderezo, en un bol coloco, la sal, el orégano, el ajo machacado, la salsa BBQ y la pimienta revuelvo muy bien.
The first thing I do is to make the dressing, in a bowl I put the salt, oregano, crushed garlic, BBQ sauce and pepper and stir well.
Previamente lavo muy bien los muslos de pollo, los escurro y los coloco en una fuente de horno engrasada, añado el aderezo, con la ayuda de las manos lo extiendo muy bien y lo dejo marinar durante veinte minutos. Me gusta hacer hendiduras en el pollo para que el aderezo penetre bien en los muslos de pollo.
Previously I wash the chicken thighs very well, drain them and place them in a greased baking dish, add the dressing, with the help of my hands spread it very well and let it marinate for twenty minutes. I like to make slits in the chicken so that the dressing penetrates well into the chicken thighs.
Pasado los veinte minutos de marinado le coloco la mantequilla en trozos a los muslos de pollo aderezado, lo cubro con papel de aluminio.
After the twenty minutes of marinating time, I add the butter in pieces to the dressed chicken thighs and cover them with aluminum foil.
Lo llevo al horno por espacio de 01 hora a 180 ºC, a la mitad de coccion le retiro el papel de aluminio, voy mojando en su jpropio jugo y dejo dorar.
I take it to the oven for 01 hour at 180 ºC, halfway through the cooking time I remove the aluminum foil, I dip it in its own juice and let it brown.

Butter and fat chicken skin is a saturated fat festival. I love it, but I tried to de-fat it a bit and also to keep that buttery flavor. Instead of a traditional oven, I use an air fryer and bake chicken coated in the dry marinade on the grill. It loses fat and at the end of baking, I add butter to get and keep that flavor.

Lo segundo me ha encantado la mezcla de salsa bbq y la mantequilla.
La verdad uso la mantequilla para freir las pechugas de pollo pero no se me había ocurrido para hacerlo asado al horno.
Tiene que estar muy bueno, espero hacerlo dentro de poco.
