Hoy les traigo una receta fácil de preparar se trata de unas arepas enriquecidas con zanahoria y chayote acompañadas de chorizo de pollo y tomates y pepinos en ruedas, es un plato muy delicioso me encanta prepararlas porque es muy saludable los vegetales le aporta a la arepa esa fibra que pierde la harina al momento de ser procesada.
Me gusta comer vegetales porque me aportan muchos nutrientes, son fáciles de digerir y me ayudan a mí y a mi familia a estar muy sanos. Espero que las disfruten y se motiven a prepararlas.

1.1/2 taza de harina de maíz precocido, 01 taza de chayote rallada, 1/2 taza de zanahoria rallada, 1/2 taza de agua, sal al gusto.

Para hacer estas nutritivas arepas, lo primero que hago es colocar en un bol el agua, la sal, la chayote, la zanahoria, la harina de maíz precocida, amaso hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren y consiga una masa suave, dejo reposar por media hora.

Luego hago bolas y con mis manos le doy forma redonda, Las coloco en un budare y dejo cocinar por unos minutos hasta que se cocine la cara que da al budare y la voltéo.Ya para cuando las dos caras estén doradas, retíro del fuego y listo.

Para los chorizos, en un sarten con un poco de agua los pongo a cocinar a fuego medio bajo hasta que se frian en su propia aceite.

Este plato es muy sencillo, pero cargado de muchos nutrientes y lo podemos degustar en el desayuno o la cena. Espero que les haya gustado.
