So, without further ado, here they are:
12 - Gen Z Is Aging Like Milk..
Gen Z Is Aging Like Milk..
Recently, a video where a 26 year-old man shares his experience meeting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson went viral. In it, to his shame, the young man describes how 52 year-old Johnson thought they were of the same age. What is exactly causing this trend? Why Millennilals instead look younger, like they didn’t grow up, while much the younger Gen Z is aging so fast? Find out what this video says about it.
11 - Hollywood Keeps Reminding Us Why We Need Physical Media More Than Ever
Hollywood Keeps Reminding Us Why We Need Physical Media More Than Ever
While streaming services enjoy a great popularity these days, especially since the so called “pandemic” of 2020, the results have been no quite as good for some of us who appreciate the content you can only obtain from owning a physical copy of movies and music. Video stores have closed, record stores have been in decline; also there are movies you cannot obtain anywhere, even beloved movies from great directors (think Ron Howard’s Cocoon). Watch this video for a more in depth explanation on what is happening. Guys, hold on to all your physical media, even if they’re bootlegs. I wish I hadn’t sold some of my old cds.
12 - 15 Things That Impress People More Than Money
15 Things That Impress People More Than Money
I have recommended videos from this channel before, and now comes a new one from them; this is the one I consider their best video of this year. There are three things specifically why people want money, but that’s not the whole story. Learn here how social dominance, how hot your wife is, or even why having a published book grant you status and respect among your peers, even if you’re not a millionaire. Think of all the things you’ve always wanted to do and make a plan to start on them right now, and I bet some of those things are explained in this video. Don’t miss it.
9 - Eating Eggs Increases the Risk of Dying from Heart Disease
Eating Eggs Increases the Risk of Dying from Heart Disease
Eggs have gotten a bad reputation over the years, and there is no justification for that whatsoever. And, no, eggs don’t cause heart problems, eggs actually help heart problems. I remember when I was a kid the grown-ups used to say the yolk of the egg was the good part and the white the bad one; then years later, as a teenager, I heard them say you have to eat only the whites and throw away the yolks because these ones contained cholesterol. I never listened to any of that crap and have always eaten eggs as a whole. Arnold Schwarzenegger said in one of his books that it’s ok to eat up to three eggs a day, but no more, and Franco Columbu (1941 – 2019), a bodybuilder and chiropractor, once wrote that he never found a better food than eggs. Just like meat, eggs is another food that “They” don’t want you to eat. But listen what Doctor Berg have to say about this.
8 - 5 Most Anti-Aging Exercises
5 Most Anti Aging Exercises
I guess I don’t have to tell you that exercise it’s good for the body and that you should do exercise every day, yet most people in this world do everything they can to avoid exercising; they think of it as an annoying chore or a burden. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Here you will find five old but great exercises to do every day and anywhere you are. No especial equipment, no fancy clothes, or expensive gym memberships, just you, yourself and your will to stay healthy and young for as much as you can.

6 - How to Write a Book - The Drinker's Advice
How To Write A Book - The Drinker's Advice
I have been watching The Critical Drinker movie reviews for over a year now, but I didn’t know he also has another channel where he talks about other stuff that are quite interesting. Here, he explains how he wrote his first book, the process, and the steps he took, plus gives some other nice advices. 5 - The Father of All Music — Why Not Listening To Bach Is a Mistake
The Bach Effect: What the GREATS Hear That You Don’t
They say he’s the greatest musician of all time, but whether you agree or not, (me, personally, think it’s Mozart), Bach should be at the top of your favorite composers. Born into a musical family in 1685, Bach was orphaned at the age of nine; despite his sharp intelligence and dedication to work, he always suffered economic problems; he married twice, had 20 children and wrote more than a thousand works, some of them still very influential to this day. His 15 minutes of fame came in 1747 when, at age 62, he performed music for King Frederick the Great of Prussia in Potsdam. Bach died in poverty in 1750.
In this video, musician and youtuber Rick Beato will take you on a journey through Bach’s amazing compositions, interviews and a few clips of his trip to Leipzig in 2018, where the final resting place of Bach is located. Also, learn what the likes of Sting, Billy Corgan, Yngwie Malmsteen, and more have to say about the great baroque musician.

You may have heard some of this tips ad nauseam but it doesn’t matter, you can hear them again and learn about others you can apply in your daily life. Opening your window, drinking water, exercising, and others you will learn here are habits everyone should include in their daily routine. By the way, do you clean your toilette? After watching this video I bet you will start considering about cleaning your toilette every day.
3 - 25 Rules for Artists
25 Rules for Artists
I discovered this channel this very year. They have posted several videos about artists and their processes; they have focused particularly in the late Prince (1958-2016), how conducted his work, and his insane work ethic. What is obsession for an artist, and is it a good thing? What’s the thing some of the best artists have in common? What is it about talking to strangers? Whether you consider yourself and artist or not, don’t miss this 25 rules which can be applied to your everyday work and watch how some of these artists can transport you to another universe.
2 - How to Make Learning as Addictive as Social Media
How to Make Learning as Addictive as Social Media | Luis Von Ahn | TED
There was a time when Ted Talks were informative, cool, and sometimes amazing. But since a couple of years or so, they have presented people with annoying ideas, pushing incorrect agendas, and trying to change your mind to accept things that are not right. Last year, tough, I stumble on this video, I clicked on it, and was left amazed by what this guy have to say. Born in Guatemala, and graduated from MIT, this is the guy who co-founded Duolingo, a very popular website to learn languages. Listen what he has to say about his life, languages, and learn who are the most dedicated students and who are the ones that give up very quickly. This is the best Ted Talk I have seen since I don’t know when, don’t miss it.
1 - 10,000 Years Ago We Changed Our Diet and It Was a Huge Mistake
10,000 Years Ago We Stopped Eating This And It Was a Huge Mistake
There are some people out there who want you to give up on meat and limit yourself to eating insects. But meat and animal based foods proved to be crucial for evolution of man and his brain development. Starting from thousands of years ago with the early hominids until our present day, here you have a very well done and informative presentation about the history of our eating habits, the development of agriculture, and a plague that came in the 20th century that it’s linked to health problems, cardiovascular events, and obesity. Watch this one till the end. Uploaded last March, this is the best video I’ve seen this year, so far at least.
Bonus Video:
House of the Rising Sun (Animals) • Cover
House of the Rising Sun (Animals) • Cover
You may know this traditional folk song from the classic 1964 cover of The Animals. But here there’s a cover of that cover courtesy of drummer Sina and some other guest musicians. I have follow some of her videos in the past and have really like them very much; she always does excellent covers of great rock songs you shouldn’t miss. Watching this video, with these young musicians playing real music, will make you restore your faith in humanity.
Conclusion
I hope you can watch them all and let me know in the comment section which ones are your favorites; also, if you have a video you consider interesting for all of us, leave a link below.
