Welcome back to the People's Guild. This week, we find ourselves in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country, USA sitting down with the OGest of OGs, the facilitator of fomo and the captain of ship Splinterlands.

We continue the celebration of 5 years for team Splinterlands with a bit of story time featuring Uncle Aggy. We take a look at a particular moment in the past and hear how it compares with the current state of the game & economy.

We touch on the pillars of Splinterlands, those being community, economy & gameplay, and get taken through a crash course of why these have, and will always be, the core fundamentals for our ecosystem.

Aggy shares with us his view for the future and articulates his ambitions for Steemmonsters' role in the future of Web3 gaming, beginning with our budding relationship with @chibidinos.

It's always a pleasure to hear from the good doctor Reich and we're humbled that he continues to make time in his day to sit down with small-time content creators like ourselves.

Very insightful interview, I like the honesty he went through. He talked about the impact of the economy on the game and his outlooks.
