First of all we will wash and clean the rice and then let it dry for 4 to 5 minutes, now take a spoon of ghee in a pan and put rice in it and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now we will boil milk by adding half cup of water and after the milk comes to a boil, we will add roasted rice to it and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.
And it has to be kept moving with a big spoon, so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

When rice is cooked and mixed with milk, add sugar to it, and when sugar dissolves, add almonds, cashews, currants, pistachios, cardamoms and makhanas and cook the kheer for 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes thick.
Now Kheer is ready, you can eat it cold or hot.
