I do multitask and it sucks. If I'm to credit myself to how much I get involved with in a day, it breaks me emotionally when I finally realize more of my time is invested into work.

  • I write articles for automobile organizations
  • I write articles for Christian edification
  • I write articles for marketers
  • I write articles for Business owners.

I Practically write article in various niche including the Crypto world. I just love to write.

Aside writing, I also get involved with various activities.

  • I study daily - At least 2 hours daily.
  • I go to school and get my assignments done.
  • I work on my book project.
  • I ensure I manage 2-3 account with at least ( 2 contents daily).

I go wild on WhatsApp with 20 slides of contents everyday. It's hard work.

Starting a podcast section and also working on a translation book from Chinese to English.

Yeah, I get myself into a lot of things and it breaks me emotionally.

What are the problems I have faced dealing with burnout as a result of multitasking?

1. Well I lost my Love :

As crazy as this sounds ! This sexy goodness of mine couldn't cope with how crazy I have become.

I didn't have time for calls, never had time for text messages, never had time for hangout.

The cell of every relationship is Communication, if that one isn't available, the relationship will die.

Well, my relationship died and I'm lonely.

2. I get so bored when I'm away from work:

This sounds a little bit weird right? is it possible to be addicted to work?

Yes, it's . I didn't have a movie life even when I'm a movie lover, I was away from video game and didn't have a woman to call mine. The only runaway plan away from depression is to get back into work again.

it was a boring lifestyle.

What's the 1% rule that saved me from Burnout as a result of Multitasking?

Well, I know you are not expecting this but the 1% rule is the simple word I call " I didn't give a fuck".

Funny enough, I decided not to give a fuck about work anymore. I work don't get me wrong but I made sure I choose consequences of not working myself out and truly chilling with my Netflix.

I'm too concerned so I take as many jobs as I can, sometimes more than what I can manage because I cared too much about money and not bothered about my fun life or being healthy.

I woke up one day and said to myself **"Fuck excessive work, **I'll do to the best of my abilities and turn a blind eyes on extra jobs that will stripe me off my peace".

Since then, I work only 10hours a day with interval movie breaks and discussion sessions.

My day is always like this :

Sleep, work, work, see a movie, have a chat with new girlfriend, sleep again, study, work and then sleep again.

Study time is also a time of rest for me. I see interviews and read books basically, it always keeps me refreshed.

This way I have been able to save myself from dying young.

Living life in a repeated cycle can be quite exhausting, draining and most of all, boring.

And you have highlighted the biggest symptom of such a lifestyle without spontaneity, burnout.

It could be a refreshing take to try out some new things and get out of the same cycle once in a while.

To think I imagined being busy as my ambition sometime ago, I'm starting to learn to be careful what I wish for🤧.
I'm so sorry about how much you lost due to the crazy work routine. Glad you're recuperating now. Life is for living and living well.
New routine is not bad 😂. You should add the "go out" too, feel alive, enjoy company of people and new experiences 🥂

I really am bad at picking locations to see and have fun. I sure will add that to the list.

Thanks for the tip 👍
