RE: Passive Income from Land

These could be some great resources. We are going to be building a campground on our property and renting out spots, plus we will have some camping gear and such for rent if needed. Providing tent camping and eventually getting a few yurts. I also want to build and open a private drone park... I don't know, I am kind of obsessed and know people that would pay to come and fly in a safe place where you don't have to deal with the public, or being trespassed, lol.

The problem with doing some things like going through these organizations or companies is they like to start telling you what to do with your land and have really strict stipulations, if you are okay with all that, then yeah, those kind of resources could help. But then again, you did say passive income...

Indeed, my cousin wants to leave and plans to sell. When he expressed his dream of keeping it I threw these ideas at him as he would be gone so passive is the way for him. His move however will land in Kentucky likely and have a different plan. Thanks for visiting

Yeah, well, if that's the case, then yeah. Make what you can if you can keep the property. That shit is generational wealth. That was one of the reasons I moved back to the family plot. It's about to be my generation's turn to make it happen and I want to preserve our plot.
