Recipé Blog: A Simple Steps On How To Cook Pansit Sinabaw
Mostly it served at the crowded places just like eateries, restaurants and even at the office and school canteen. This kind of dish is very nutritious and delicious because of the different kinds of vegetable varieties consists of it. Aside of that, there are only few primary ingredients can be used and it cost not much and expensive.
List of Ingredients:
2 Pieces of Garlic
1 Onion
Right amount of Cooking Oil
2 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Monosudium Glatimate
2 Cups of Clean water
½ Kilo of Pasta
½ Kilo of Sliced vegetable Varieties
1 can of Sardines
Preparation:
First, washed the yellow pasta with clean water. This must be always do if we want to cook pancit dish. Make sure to teared those pasta so that it wont sticking when we are going to cook.
Next, washed the vegetable varieties with clean water. Better to check the vegetables it it slices or cut into small pieces before cooking it. After washing, put some right amount of clean water.
Sliced the garlic and onions into small pieces. This can make the spices cook instantly.
Placed the sardines in a clean ware so that it will be very easy to add in the dish we will cook later on. Sardine is one of the best ingredient if we cook Pansit Sinabaw.
The Recipé preparations and Gathering ingredients are all set and finish, now it is time to cook our delicious dish.
First, add some right amount of cooking oil in the frying pan and boiled it before adding garlic and onions.
When the cooking oil is already heat, add the sliced onions and garlic and sauted it for a few minutes. It must be turn into golden brown color before adding the Sardines.
Next, when sauting is finished add the sardines and cook it for a few minutes also. Add some small amount of soy sauce.
Adding right amount of water will served as broth to the Pansit dish we cook. Slowly, add a clean water and mixed it very well.
When it already boils, add the pasta slowly and mixed it very well again. This can make the taste balance. After that, boiled the pasta for a few minutes before adding the vegetable varieties.
Next, add the sliced vegetables and it must be boiled and cook for a few minutes until those vegetables are soft.
Add some right amount of salt and other spices just like monosodium glutamate. This can make dish taste good. Mixed it very well so it will balance the taste. After adding all ingredients, cook it for a few minutes.
This is the dish and output. Everyone will love to eat Pansit Sinabaw recipé especially the children. It consists of nutritious contents because of the vegetables adding in this dish.
