Daily Life Post: " My Simple Life Here in The Province"

If we talked about Province, the first thing comes up in our mind is the simple way of living. For me, this is really true and simple but very fun and enjoyable. Far from different kinds of noises, pollutions and the only thing we heard are the birds, winds blowing and splashing of water of there is a river or stream. For today's blog O created, let me share some of my simple way of living here, this is also my daily activities that can help to my Parents finishing the tasks for a day. This morning, at exactly 7 AM, I decided to gathered more firewoods use for cooking Foods and boiled water. We don't used any electric cooking materials, stoves, rice cooker and heater in fact we only used firewood. To avoid any problems just like rainy days, it is much better to gathered more of it so that we can have firewood to use in the next few days.

We are lucky to have a place just like farm on which I can easily got more of it and put in one place so that it will be very easy to carried back home. In order for not being hassled carrying those thing, I cut those dried coconut palms into short one so it can easily put in the sacks and I can carry more of it. I was also accompanied with my brother and he take me a picture while doing the activities and after that I asked him to carry the sacks, and I have one also.

Cooking Obligations:

It takes a few hours before we went back home carrying those sacks of dry coconut palms. After that, I cooked Pancit Canton this is one of my favorite specially those spicy flavor pancit canton. This kind of food is very popular here and easy to cook. Just put it in the boiling water and cook it for a few minutes. Separate the water and add the seasonings that already packed. It only takes a few minutes of cooking this food and it is good for bread combination.

Next, I also cooked fried fish in local term we called it "Bulad". This is slightly expensive and it only dries under the heat of the sun. The fish will not be spoiled if it will dried and it is good when it fried. My Parents loves to eat dried fish and even me, I also love to eat it. It takes only a few minutes of cooking in the boiled cooking oil and it is easily cook. The best simple sauce in this are Native Vinegar like coconut wine or Tuba adding with chilli pepper, right amount of salt, onions and Garlic. Our breakfast and Lunch are already complete together with this delicious foods we have in the table.

Market Day:

Friday is a market day and as for that, me and my Brother decided to went at the supermarket to buy my Daughter's need just like Diapers, Wipes and Milk. Luckily As I went in this big store, The things I want to brought was already there and it will not be hassled enough of walking and searching those products to other stores. Because it is friday, there are lots of people inside of the store buying some things and waiting in line to pay the products they brought. I carefully checked the prices and do budgets very well, this is one best part as a Mother, by doing budgeting of the expenses.

Doing this obligations is really tired but Very fun and enjoyable. I enjoyed living in the Province and for me this is my Life. Thank you for visiting and reading my post, have a nice day everyone. Enjoy your weekend.
