Lone Madman in the Apocalypse - Surviving the Fallout 4 Wasteland - Part twenty seven
Oh no, looks like some trouble round these parts!
"Do do do, swimming and soaking in the rays. Sun is shining and I will keep enemies at bay" Arghrash sung as he enjoyed the beautiful day that was upon him and heading across the water, to check out what there is over there.
A small like community town, the West Everett Estates was looking quite occupied and judging by the hanging bag of meat.. well it is likely super mutants here and this suddenly brought a foul mood, knowing what was bound to be hanging around here.
A land mine was placed as a mutant hound was spotted coming his way, he backed up and prepared to fire from cover except it ended up not continuing the hunt.. but something much worse was in the building behind.
It was a legendary super mutant skirmisher and it was a lot harder to hit between the house pillars. "This is going to be tough to clear this area I think" Arghrash thought to himself while throwing a molotov to help bring the health down a bit and make it angrier, it was looking like coming from the other side would be a better option. The mutant hound came up from behind and with the skirmisher's bullet as well, was a swift death for the Madman.
He attempted once more from the same spot and going for the mutant hound first, then going to head back around but he watched the bullet hit both himself and the nearby car which ended up exploding. This was close enough and his health low enough, for the explosion to finish him off and he is needing a better more careful plan.
"Let me try coming up to the side a bit this time and work on that legendary mutant, see if I can get him defeated this time" Arghrash said as he went up the side to be in line with the building, it made it easier for a sneak attack crit to start off with more damage.
Bad thing next was the bullets came flying once a molotov had been thrown his way, the explosion from it along with the bullets, meant his leg got quite injured and almost resulted in a death, prompting for hiding behind the only real nearby cover of a rock.
Arghrash had smashed some chems and stimpacks and food to heal while getting a boost in his abilities.. the fight raged on and molotovs from both sides kept being thrown and bullets kept flying, it was an intense battle this fight was but ultimately, this time it was Arghrash coming out as the victor! "Well i'll be, that was brutal but a bloody good fight!"
With a sigh of relief and blasting the sudden jump out by a mutant hound and killing it off, a walk around to check out the side a little bit and ensure nothing further would go for him. Inside that house with the legendary mutant was a machine gun turret that was taken out from behind to clear this building completely.
A raider had been killed here which means they were likely camped here previously and now his caps and ammo are for Arghrash to take, also the ammo box had 12 missiles and some fusion cells which will come in handy.
Finally the checking of the legendary body to see just what the fancy loot is for the hard work.. it was a chest piece which helps lock picking and not something particularly helpful right now, considering he cannot really carry it, but it is still cool!
"I think I will get myself stronger to unlock some better perks and maybe better carry weight as well" said Arghrash as he increased his strength, before heading back across the water to safety.
He decided to drop off a lot of this loot and free up space, while getting a solid 8 hours sleep and be ready to start fresh on the rest of that compound.
