Visiting Tagoanan Beach Resort in Calangahan, Lugait Misamis Oriental

Greetings everyone, as My Second time to visit Barangay Calangahan in Lugait, I will show to all of you the newly opened hidden beach resort in the said Barangay and this is The Tagoanan Beach Resort. This place is slightly not easy to find because it is far from the National Highway and the location is below the cliff. This is a kind of simple beach resort but perfect in terms of beautiful views and sceneries. Very peaceful and quite place and many people spend their overnight in this areas together with their friends or Families. This place is not yet well known because it was still newly opened but soon if their are many people will come in this beach, they can introduce this beach to other people or their friends and families.

Tagoanan beach resort is located in Calangahan Lugait, Misamis Oriental. This is the last barangay of Lugait and the boudary point between the two Municipalities of Manticao and Lugait. This beach is located below the cliff and facing in the old road called, Lamesahan. This beach is facing in Iligan Bay and the fair is up to 50 Pesos if we came from Iligan City.

Near at the beach was this tall and majestic cell site tower and it is also built in the border. This tall tower gives a great contributions to all of us here so that we can communicate in cellphone very well, using datas, surfing the net, texting and many more. At the top of this tower is the blinking red lights and it helps the navigator to see the landmark very well and avoid crashing to the shores. It was built late 2018 and still operating until today. It contains many strong cables so that it wont lean when there is a strong wind.

The beach resort is near at the coast that is why we can see the great over view to the sea. It was very lucky to me during my travel because the weather was calm and good. The color of the blue sky reflects to the crystal sea water. And there are lots of trees and wild plants grows near at the beach. The owner of this place decided for not to cut those trees and plants down so that the place will keep fresh, relaxing and cool always. I never thought that there is a hidden beach resort here and it was very fascinating.

Most of the residents here are fishermen so it is already expected that they owned a small boats just like in the picture. During my travel, I seen this people working and lefting together in this small boats and float to the sea water. It was already 10 AM when they sail and catched more fish. I really amazed of their hardwork and dedications for their families and even if this kind of work is very hard, they keep pursuing themselves to do the works. It was a high tide and it is easy to float the small boats in the sea. This group of people are ready to set sail and catched more fish.

A little later, the winds started to strong and there are already big waves splashing to the shore. I was very amazed of the place specially the beauty of the shoreline. There are many people loves to swim here in this areas even if there are only small places of sands.

Mangrooves are not the only plant lives and grows in the sea water, it is also includes this plant called Romblon. This kind of plant is used for mat making, the owner of the place don't want to cut this kind of plant because it gives shades and a perfect for resting place for those visitors who are tired of walking in the shoreline.

The place was continuing to develop to become a perfect tourist spots. Aside from that, it cannot destroyed the Nature and surroundings because it is only putting some structures and do not includes excavating. The waste or garbage are properly dispose and really, the place is very clean and well organized. For those hivers who wants to have adventurous moment, you can visit this hidden beach located in Barangay Calangahan Lugait, Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines.
