A Day In The Farm Doing My Obligations and Exploring The Place

It's been a long time since I did not do any posts in here due to a busy situations. My post for today was all about doing my obligations here in the Farm. This is my obligations every afternoon. First, I was exploring our coconut farm and I noticed that there are lots of coconuts falls to the ground and I decided to gathered it in one place. Coconuts are one of our main source of income and I am very happy and proud og having this kind of business here. My Father planted almost 400 coconut plants and it gives a great contributions to My Family. It was very easy to me to search and get the coconuts because the place is not really covered with grass and twigs.

4 PM this afternoon when I started to explored our Farm and look for the things that is valuable and important to us. My Father also told me about giving the cows with water and I do his Request. Our place is very peaceful and calm, and aside of that the only we can hear are birds and other kinds of animals. A lot of mountains, trees and a clean river can also be seen here in the place. I started to search our cows and give some water.

This is one of our cow here and we decided to tied it at the place were many grass found. Cows loves to eat grass that is why this place is very perfect for the said raising animals. I did not find very difficult when I searched our cows because it was tied up near at our house.

The River that gives A great Contributions to All residents:

This is the Manticao River, I was having a little bit problem because I forgot to bring big pails for our cows. That is why I decided to checked the river if it is okay to bring our animals here so they can drink more water.

As I checked the river if it is safe and okay to bring our cows, I hurriedly bring them in the river. Because of the extremely heat brought by the sun, the cows was having a great thirsty and they drink lots and lots of water in the river. I am very enjoyable of having more cows and in fact We already sell some of it. Our plans is to produced more cows, goats and other valuable animals here in the farm and we already take an actions regarding with our plans.

A Big Acacia Tree Grows near at the River:

This is an old acacia tree and it is grow near at the river. This tree helps to prevent the place particularly the cliff of being eroded. It gives a shade and cool place and in fact some residents came from the high place just like mountains always resting under this big tree. Truly the place is very relaxing and refreshing and we don't want to cut this tree down.

A Guava Plant/Fruit Gives a Medicinal Value:

This is a guava fruit but we called it BAYABAS in local term. This kind of plants gives a medicinal values that goods to our body. There are lots of this kind of fruits here in our place that is why it is very common here. Some of the body problems or Illness cured by this plants are;

• Stomachaches
• Diarrhea
• Minor Wounds
• Good for wound cleansing

The fruits out of this plants are very sweet and everybody loves to eat guava fruits.

Grassy places, One of our Common problems here:

This kind of grass is just like peanuts that is why we called it, Mani-Mani. This gives us a headaches and problems because it covers our areas. Next day, we will cut this plants so that our place will be clean again. We also very careful to clean this place so that we can be sure that no dangerous insects lives under this vast grasses.

Under construction Fish Pond:

We also decided to build and put fish pond near at the bamboo place. First, we dug up and the next plan with this is to apply or put a concrete on each side or corner so that the soil will not be collapsing. At the water bed of the pond, we will put loam soil to make it muddy, telapia fish loves to swim in a muddy place.

Termites Hive/Colony:

While digging, We noticed this Termites hive or colony built underground. Surely this colony will be very safe from their enemies just like chickens and birds but sadly we dug it up. The structure is very unique and in good designs.

I was having an enjoyable and fun time doing my obligations, it helps to make my Parents happy and proud.
